The club regards the publishing of detailed results as a useful service to our members, and any member swimming in a club event or time-trial should expect to have their name, age or year of birth and result published on this site. However, if a swimmer has not swum in club competition since this policy came into force we do not publish their name without explicit permission.

Members of the club may log in to the website; all names will then be shown, although you may have to refresh pages which have been cached by your browser.

If your name has been withheld under this policy, you may give permission simply by printing out this page, adding your name and signature as specified, and returning it to Andrew Fisher via any of the coaches. Alternatively, you can give permission by using our Contact Us page to send a message to the Webmaster.

Similarly, if you wish to keep your name from the public side of the web site, you can use the same methods to make that request.
